After having a family of my own, I started to treasure things that I otherwise would’ve looked past— Madi fixing Weslie’s hair in their pink bathroom, getting that photo with the neighbor next door because you know the joy it would bring——the layers are constantly unfolding. The summer heat found us on this September day, but we locked in on the newness of their sweet baby girl—— joyous and sweet. All film was processed and scanned by Strap Film Lab in Mesa, Arizona
